The carrier logic: orders like a taxi
- The request comes in through the widget on your website, the portal or F-Manager.
- The customer sees right away the route, the price and the pickup time.
- The system suggests suitable vehicles by type and payload, and the dispatcher assigns a driver.
- The driver runs the order in F-Driver: pickup, “Arrived at address”, the trip.
- The order is closed in F-Driver, and the dispatcher sees the status right away.
You can also build simple routes with several stops. But if you run dense deliveries to hundreds of stops within delivery windows, that’s a job for the Distributor package.
