Crews Call a Vehicle From the Corporate Fleet Themselves

Field teams need a vehicle or materials on site, and today that means a call to the dispatcher and waiting. Fleetika's Carrier package gives you F-Manager (the field-dispatch app): the on-site manager calls a vehicle from the corporate fleet themselves, like a taxi, and sees who took it and where it is.

Your trackers — Wialon, Teltonika, GT06 — connect as they are. 14 days free, no card.

Every vehicle through the dispatcher means a queue and idle time on site

When a crew on site can't call a vehicle themselves, it all goes through the dispatcher: call, wait, clarifications. While the request crawls through the chain, the installation stands still and the dispatcher is busy relaying messages instead of working.

Here's what the Carrier package changes

The field calls the vehicle, not the dispatcher

F-Manager (the field-dispatch app)
The on-site manager calls a vehicle from the corporate fleet themselves, like a taxi, and sees the status.
Only suitable vehicles
For the request, the ones that can handle it — nothing extra.
Status at every step
You see who took it, which driver, and where they are.

Control and your own fleet

Route, cost and time right away
Each request shows the route, distance and arrival time next to it.
Your own vehicles and trackers
Wialon, Teltonika, GT06 and any GPRS connect as they are.
A flat price
You pay by fleet size, not per call.

How a request goes

  1. The on-site manager calls a vehicle through F-Manager (the field-dispatch app).
  2. The order shows the calculated arrival time, cost and route at once — to the dispatcher, the driver and the customer.
  3. A suitable vehicle from the corporate fleet takes the request.
  4. The driver runs it in F-Driver (the driver app).
  5. The dispatcher, driver and customer see every status — from "order placed" to "order completed".

One foundation

Your delivery, under your control

Your own fleet
It runs on your vehicles and drivers — not a gig network you don't control.
Your trackers stay
Keep the GPS you already run — Wialon and Teltonika connect natively, no rip-and-replace.
Orders under your brand
Customers place orders under your brand and see you, not Fleetika.
Priced by fleet size
You pay for the fleet you run, not per order or per seat — a busy day doesn't punish you with a bigger bill.

FAQ

Yes, they connect as they are.
By fleet size, flat.
About two weeks. The first 14 days are free, no card.
No, the on-site manager places the request right in F-Manager (the field-dispatch app) and a suitable vehicle from the fleet takes it. The dispatcher stops being the relay — the request goes straight through, no queue and no clarifications over the phone.
Yes, the request itself shows who took it, which driver, where they are right now, and the calculated arrival time. No need to ring the dispatcher asking "where's the vehicle" — the status updates itself from "order placed" to "order completed".
Yes, a request is just an order for a vehicle, whether you're moving a crew to the site or materials to them. For each order the system picks a suitable vehicle from the fleet, so a bulky load won't end up in a passenger car.
