Your Online Store's Last Mile, Under Your Own Brand

Many deliveries a day, a dense city, and a delivery the customer should remember as yours, not as some outside service. Fleetika builds dense routes on your own fleet and keeps delivery under control.

Your trackers — Wialon, Teltonika, GT06 — connect as they are. 14 days free, no card.

See it in action

Fleetika distributor interface
The real Fleetika interface — no mockups.

An outside courier means your brand in someone else's hands

When the last mile is handed off, the customer remembers the courier, not you, and you lose both control and delivery data. On your own fleet routes can be dense, but doing it by hand at volume turns into a mess of spreadsheets and calls.

Here's what the Distributor package changes

Delivery under control

Dense routes
The algorithm builds the order of stops with no dead mileage.
A set order in F-Driver (the driver app)
The courier follows a fixed sequence rather than choosing it.
Plan-against-actual timeline
The dispatcher sees a slipping route early.

Brand and economics

Deliveries through your own systems
Requests come from your CRM, via API or an Excel import — customers order on their own site, and the data lands in Fleetika with no re-keying.
Your own vehicles and trackers
Wialon, Teltonika, GT06 and any GPRS connect as they are.
General analytics — coming
General delivery- and point-level analytics is coming as a separate layer, not inside the optimizer's routes.

How the day runs

  1. You load the day's deliveries.
  2. The algorithm builds dense routes for the volume.
  3. Couriers follow the set order in F-Driver (the driver app).
  4. The dispatcher runs delivery on the timeline.
  5. By day's end you see plan against actual and per-zone economics.

One foundation

Your delivery, under your control

Your own fleet
It runs on your vehicles and drivers — not a gig network you don't control.
Your trackers stay
Keep the GPS you already run — Wialon and Teltonika connect natively, no rip-and-replace.
Delivery intake through your own systems
Deliveries come from your own site — via API integration, from your CRM, or an Excel import.
Priced by fleet size
You pay for the fleet you run, not per order or per seat — a busy day doesn't punish you with a bigger bill.

FAQ

Not yet — it's on the roadmap. For now delivery control sits with the dispatcher and GPS; customer link tracking comes later.
Yes, they connect as they are.
By fleet size, flat, not per delivery.
About two weeks. The first 14 days are free, no card.
You load the whole day's deliveries and the algorithm rebuilds dense routes for the new volume — you don't hand-assign stops to drivers. Throw in extra vehicles for the peak and they drop straight into the run.
Delivery runs on your own fleet under your brand — no third-party couriers, the customer remembers you, and the delivery data stays with you. Link tracking and arrival notifications are coming soon, so your name will show up in tracking too.
The dispatcher sees the failed delivery on the plan-against-actual timeline right away, not at day's end, and can put the stop back into a route for a retry or turn it into a return. The return request comes in from your CRM or via API the same way, with no re-keying.

Running last mile on your own fleet?

We'll connect your vehicles and show in two weeks how much denser the routes run and how much smoother the day goes.
