A Vehicle for a Move That Arrives at the Promised Time

The customer waits for the vehicle and crew at the set hour, and the job is to send a suitable one and get it to the address. Fleetika's Carrier package runs the order like a taxi: you see the route, cost and arrival time, and around it only the vehicles that can handle the move.

Your trackers — Wialon, Teltonika, GT06 — connect as they are. 14 days free, no card.

Running late on a move means a wrecked day for the customer

A move is set for a specific time, the vehicle needs the right capacity, and the customer has already cleared the flat and is waiting. If dispatch rests on calls, the order easily goes to the wrong vehicle or late, and the customer's day falls apart.

Here's what the Carrier package changes

The order behaves like hailing a taxi

Route, cost and time right away
As soon as the order exists, the route, distance, cost and arrival time sit next to it.
Only suitable vehicles
Around the order, the ones that can handle the move by capacity.
Status at every step
You see where the vehicle is, and can reassign or cancel.

Brand and your own fleet

Order intake under your brand
Customers book a move through a widget on your site or an app in your colours.
Your own vehicles and trackers
Wialon, Teltonika, GT06 and any GPRS connect as they are.
A flat price
You pay by fleet size, not per order.

How an order goes

  1. The order comes in through the portal, a widget on your site, or your own branded app.
  2. The order shows the calculated arrival time, cost and route at once — to the dispatcher, the driver and the customer.
  3. Around it, only the vehicles that can handle the move.
  4. You assign a driver, who runs the order in F-Driver (the driver app).
  5. You stay with the order from the moment it is created until the driver closes it: its status is visible at every step, and you can hand it to another driver if needed.

One foundation

Your delivery, under your control

Your own fleet
It runs on your vehicles and drivers — not a gig network you don't control.
Your trackers stay
Keep the GPS you already run — Wialon and Teltonika connect natively, no rip-and-replace.
Orders under your brand
Customers place orders under your brand and see you, not Fleetika.
Priced by fleet size
You pay for the fleet you run, not per order or per seat — a busy day doesn't punish you with a bigger bill.

FAQ

Yes, they connect as they are.
By fleet size, flat, not per order.
About two weeks. The first 14 days are free, no card.
No — around the order Fleetika only surfaces the vehicles that actually fit the move by capacity, so you won't send a half-empty truck to a one-bedroom flat.
The order runs like a taxi: the calculated arrival time is visible from the start, and customer tracking via link plus arrival notifications are coming soon.
Open the stuck order and reassign it to another driver in a couple of clicks — status is visible at every step, so the next customer isn't left without a vehicle.
