Delivery to Cafes and Restaurants That Makes It Before Opening
Dozens of stops a morning, each with its own receiving window, and an order of stops the driver is still working out on the move. Fleetika plans that morning in advance and keeps it under control down to the last stop.

A missed window isn't a late box — it's an empty shelf by lunch
Cafes and restaurants receive goods in their own hours, usually before opening, while the floor is still empty. One slow receiving point and the whole morning chain runs late behind it. You run a few vehicles, the city is dense, and the order of stops often takes shape in the driver's head along the way. By noon some deliveries are behind, someone went the wrong way, and the dispatcher hears about it from the cafe manager on the phone, not from the system.

One foundation
Your delivery, under your control
Your own fleet
It runs on your vehicles and drivers — not a gig network you don't control.
Your trackers stay
Keep the GPS you already run — Wialon and Teltonika connect natively, no rip-and-replace.
Delivery intake through your own systems
Deliveries come from your own site — via API integration, from your CRM, or an Excel import.
Priced by fleet size
You pay for the fleet you run, not per order or per seat — a busy day doesn't punish you with a bigger bill.

FAQ
Yes. Wialon, Teltonika, GT06 and any GPRS connect as they are — no hardware to change.
By fleet size, flat. A busy day doesn't punish you with the bill — you don't pay per delivery.
About two weeks: we load your stops with windows and set up the routes. The first 14 days are free, no card.
Yes — requests come from your own systems. Points place a delivery on your site, which is connected to Fleetika through an integration: KeyCRM is live now (the only one so far), with Shopify and WooCommerce coming. You can also connect via API or import deliveries from Excel.
The dispatcher sees the slippage on the timeline the moment it happens and can hand the next stops to another vehicle before the chain falls apart. Over time those slow points show up in the history, so the route plans extra slack for them.
The driver closes the stop in F-Driver (the driver app), so you get a confirmed handover and timestamp for every address. Photo and the receiver's signature (ePOD) are coming, so you'll also see exactly who signed at the bar.
Not yet — it's on the roadmap. A pickup at a point will go into the same route as the drop: in F-Driver (the driver app) the driver will see not just what to unload but what to take back, so the vehicle doesn't run empty. We flag it honestly as coming soon, not as ready.
