Every Haul Is an Order With Route, Cost and Arrival Time

Match the load to a truck that can carry it, put the haul on the map, and get it to unloading. Fleetika's Carrier package runs the haul as an order: you see the route, cost and time, and around it only the suitable vehicles.

Your trackers — Wialon, Teltonika, GT06 — connect as they are. 14 days free, no card.

The wrong truck for a haul means a missed load or empty mileage

A haul needs a vehicle of the right tonnage and type, or the load falls through or runs half-empty. Intercity is long, the customer asks where the cargo is, and billing each haul separately by contractor makes the budget jump month to month.

Here's what the Carrier package changes

The haul behaves like an order

Route, cost and time right away
Once the haul is created, the route, distance, cost and arrival time sit next to it.
Only suitable vehicles
Around the haul, the ones that can carry the load by tonnage and type.
Tracking to the destination
You see where the vehicle is on the route, and can reassign or cancel.

Brand and your own fleet

Order intake under your brand
Customers place a haul through a widget or an app in your colours.
Your own vehicles and trackers
Wialon, Teltonika, GT06 and any GPRS connect as they are, no hardware to replace.
A flat price
You pay by fleet size, not per haul: carry more, the bill holds.

How a haul goes

  1. You create the haul with the load and points A → B.
  2. The route, cost and time sit right next to it.
  3. Around it, only the vehicles that can carry the load.
  4. You assign a driver, who runs the haul in F-Driver (the driver app).
  5. You stay with the order from the moment it is created until the driver closes it: its status is visible at every step, and you can hand it to another driver if needed.

One foundation

Your delivery, under your control

Your own fleet
It runs on your vehicles and drivers — not a gig network you don't control.
Your trackers stay
Keep the GPS you already run — Wialon and Teltonika connect natively, no rip-and-replace.
Orders under your brand
Customers place orders under your brand and see you, not Fleetika.
Priced by fleet size
You pay for the fleet you run, not per order or per seat — a busy day doesn't punish you with a bigger bill.

FAQ

Yes, they connect as they are.
By fleet size, flat, not per haul.
About two weeks. The first 14 days are free, no card.
You create the haul with tonnage and cargo type, and only the vehicles that can carry it stay around the order — the rest aren't offered. So you won't assign a 1.5-ton van to a 10-ton load or run a trailer half-empty.
The haul sits on the map from point A to unloading, so you see where the truck is right now and the estimated arrival time. If something falls through, you reassign the haul to another driver without losing the order.
You can add several stops, and the system even optimises the order. But for dense distribution it's not convenient: the Carrier package has no delivery windows or load-capacity limits — that's what the Distributor package is for.
