A site needs material at the right hour or the crew stands idle. Heavy loads, scattered addresses, access windows, and an order of stops put together on the move. Fleetika plans the runs in advance and keeps them under control through to unloading.

Material that's late means a crew standing idle
A site has its receiving and access hours, the load is heavy, vehicles vary by tonnage, and addresses are spread across the region. If a run is planned by eye, one delay stalls unloading at the next site, and the dispatcher hears about it from the foreman, not the system.
Adjust fleet size and region to see your expected monthly savings and return on investment.

One foundation
Your delivery, under your control
Your own fleet
It runs on your vehicles and drivers — not a gig network you don't control.
Your trackers stay
Keep the GPS you already run — Wialon and Teltonika connect natively, no rip-and-replace.
Delivery intake through your own systems
Deliveries come from your own site — via API integration, from your CRM, or an Excel import.
Priced by fleet size
You pay for the fleet you run, not per order or per seat — a busy day doesn't punish you with a bigger bill.

FAQ
Yes, they connect as they are.
By fleet size, flat, not per run.
About two weeks. The first 14 days are free, no card.
Yes, when building a run the algorithm reads each vehicle's tonnage and won't load it past what it can physically carry. A heavy site won't get assigned to a light van, and oversized cargo goes on the vehicle that fits it.
Yes, you set an access window on the site and the run is built so the vehicle arrives in exactly that hour for the crane. If the run starts slipping, the dispatcher sees it on the timeline early and can shift the unload in time.
You change the site's address or window and the algorithm rebuilds the run around the new conditions — no manual re-keying. And you set the unload order by site readiness, so a vehicle doesn't show up where nobody can unload it yet.
