Passenger Taxi on Your Own Fleet, Under Your Own Brand

An order comes in, a car has to reach the customer, and the ride has to get to its destination. Fleetika's Carrier package runs the ride as an order: you see the route, cost and pickup time, and around it only the free, suitable cars.

Your trackers — Wialon, Teltonika, GT06 — connect as they are. 14 days free, no card.

An order that rests on phone calls loses both the passenger and the driver

Requests come in through the day, and each has to go fast to the nearest free car, not the one that answered first. When the dispatcher sorts through drivers by hand, the passenger waits, the car drives farther than needed, and some orders simply fall through.

Here's what the Carrier package changes

The ride behaves like an order

Route, cost and pickup right away
As soon as the order exists, the route, distance, cost and pickup time sit next to it.
Only free cars
Around the order, the ones nearby and available — nothing extra.
Tracking to pickup
The screen shows "driver on the way, pickup in 7 minutes"; you can reassign or cancel.

Brand and your own fleet

Orders under your brand
Customers call a car through a widget on your site or an app in your colours.
F-Manager for corporate orders
A client company calls a car from your fleet themselves, like a corporate taxi.
Your own vehicles and trackers
Wialon, Teltonika, GT06 and any GPRS connect as they are.

How an order goes

  1. The order comes in through the portal or a widget on your site.
  2. The route, cost and pickup time sit right next to it.
  3. Around it, only the free, suitable cars.
  4. You assign a driver, who runs the ride in F-Driver.
  5. You track to pickup and through to the end of the ride.

One foundation

Your delivery, under your control

Your own fleet
It runs on your vehicles and drivers — not a gig network you don't control.
Your trackers stay
Keep the GPS you already run — Wialon and Teltonika connect natively, no rip-and-replace.
Orders under your brand
Customers place orders under your brand and see you, not Fleetika.
Priced by fleet size
You pay for the fleet you run, not per order or per seat — a busy day doesn't punish you with a bigger bill.

FAQ

Yes, they connect as they are.
By fleet size, flat, not per ride.
About two weeks. The first 14 days are free, no card.
Around each order you see only the cars that are free and the right class. If none are free, you see it right away and decide — wait for one to clear or hold the ride — instead of promising a passenger a car you don't have.
As soon as the ride is created, the passenger sees the route and estimated arrival time, like a regular taxi. Customer tracking via link and SMS arrival alerts are in the works and coming soon.
Yes — through F-Manager (the field-dispatch app) a client company calls a car from your fleet itself, like a corporate taxi, without going through your dispatcher.
Yes — the order's status is visible at every step, and you can hand it to another driver or cancel at any point. The new driver picks the ride up in F-Driver (the driver app), and the passenger sees the updated arrival time.
