Order
The customer orders a vehicle on their own
In the widget on your website the customer enters the addresses, picks a vehicle type and sees the price right away. Regular customers and field managers order from the F-Manager app. A phone call isn’t lost either: the dispatcher enters the order in the portal.
Assignment
Free drivers see the order
The system shows the order to free drivers in F-Driver. If it needs to go faster, or it’s a special case, the dispatcher assigns a vehicle and sees everything about the order in one card.
Pickup
Everyone sees the pickup timer
The driver follows the navigation to the address, taps “Arrived at address” and starts the trip. The driver and the dispatcher both see the pickup time, so a delay shows up early.
Handover
The order is closed in F-Driver
On arrival the driver taps “Arrived at the address”, runs the trip and completes the order in F-Driver. The time and status of each stage are saved in the order, and the dispatcher sees them in the portal right away.
Analytics
Results in money, mileage and time
The Analytics section shows revenue, expenses and profit from orders, planned vs actual mileage and time on the road, order count, monthly profit trend and expenses by category: fuel, depreciation, driver and manager salaries, carrier payments. Filter by category, currency and period.

You add your fleet and rates
You set up vehicles, drivers, vehicle types and your own prices in the portal. We connect your GPS trackers, so there’s no need to buy new ones. You can also do without them: the location then comes from the GPS of the driver’s phone.

You put the widget on your website
The widget code is waiting in the portal and fits anywhere on your website. Drivers install F-Driver and start accepting orders.

You tailor it to your needs
Integrations and getting the team used to it usually take up to 2 weeks. Need help with onboarding? We’ll discuss it on a demo tailored to your needs.
After 14 days the paid subscription begins. If you don’t continue, you pay nothing for the trial.
