Fleetika or Onro
Last updated: June 2026 · compares the Fleetika Carrier plan
Both products run on the same logic — a taxi service for delivery. An order appears: you see the cargo, the addresses, the route and the arrival time. A driver picks it up, and the customer watches where the vehicle is. So the choice isn't about who has a branded customer-facing service — order intake and a customer app under your own brand come with both. The difference is in the details: whose fleet runs it, how billing works, and what the system keeps around the order.
The short version
Both Onro and the Fleetika Carrier plan run delivery like a taxi service: an order comes in with its route, cost and arrival time, a driver takes it, and the customer follows it under your brand. Onro is a courier platform billed per delivery, with deep courier finance built in. Fleetika dispatches your own fleet at a fixed package price, with FMS and TMS included. If your business runs on cash-on-delivery and courier accounting, Onro fits; if you run your own fleet and want a cost you can predict before the month starts, the Fleetika Carrier plan fits.
Where Onro goes deeper
Real strengths:
- Courier finance — cash on delivery, driver and customer wallets.
- Hub scanning and thorough courier-side accounting.
- A branded customer app out of the box.
Onro is a courier platform, and where it's strongest is courier finance: cash on delivery, driver and customer wallets, hub scanning. A branded customer app comes with both, but if your business runs on cash handling and courier-side accounting, Onro has worked that part more thoroughly.
The real difference: the bill and the fleet
Onro usually charges per delivery: convenient early, expensive as you grow. Fleetika charges a fixed package fee — carry more, pay the same. And it runs on your own fleet: your trackers — Wialon, Teltonika, GT06 — connect as they are, with no hardware to replace.

How it works in Fleetika
In the Carrier package an order behaves like hailing a taxi. It comes in through the portal or a widget on your site, with the route, distance, cost and arrival time right next to it. Around the order you see only the vehicles that can actually handle it — nothing extra. You assign a driver, who runs the order in F-Driver like a taxi navigator, and the screen shows "driver on the way, arriving in 19 minutes", then "arrived". If you need to, you reassign the vehicle or cancel. The customer sees the order under your brand the whole time, through a widget on your site or a dedicated app.
F-Manager works alongside it: a field manager calls a vehicle from the corporate fleet themselves, the way they'd order a taxi, without going through the dispatcher.
How to tell which is yours
If you need courier finance — cash on delivery, wallets — and deep courier-side tooling, and per-delivery pricing suits you, that’s Onro. If you run your own fleet and want a simple "call a vehicle for the order" at a fixed price — route and time visible, only suitable vehicles around it — that’s Fleetika’s Carrier package.
