CarGoo is a modern online service for ordering cargo transport: in a couple of clicks the customer picks a vehicle type, route and time, sees the price right away, and gets a vehicle in 5–25 minutes. The service runs on the Fleetika engine — the Carrier package.

CarGoo is an online cargo-taxi service. Orders are placed on the website or in the app, with an instant preliminary price and per-minute pricing, and no dispatch fee. A vehicle arrives in 5–25 minutes, the service runs around the clock and across dozens of Ukrainian cities. It carries everything — from furniture and appliances to construction materials, auto parts and food.
The challenge
To run like a taxi, the service had to cover several things at once:
- Take the order online and immediately show the customer the route, cost and pickup time.
- Match a suitable vehicle from 10 types to the load — by size and tonnage.
- Handle both urgent "right now" orders and pre-scheduled ones.
- Assign a driver and carry the order through to pickup and unloading.
- Give drivers an app with route and statuses, and owner-drivers an easy way to start working.
- Cover both city and intercity across the whole country.

CarGoo runs several capabilities in production that aren't part of the standard Carrier package yet. These aren't roadmap guesses — they already work live on CarGoo.
Order intake under the CarGoo brand and the branded CarGoo Driver app (it works like F-Driver), its own intercity pricing and online order payments, loader crews added to the order, analytics on the loaders' work, and customer order tracking — all running in production at CarGoo today.
In the standard Carrier package these aren't shipped yet — for CarGoo they run as a custom enterprise setup. CarGoo is the proving ground, so they'll reach the product already tested.

First time ordering a vehicle in the app — everything went great. A couple of wishes, though: as far as I understood, route building doesn't account for traffic, so at rush hour the total will definitely be higher; it'd be great to factor that in. And reviews — you can't leave feedback for the driver. It's fine when all is well, but disputes happen and need to be aired. For now 5★. We'll keep using it.
