This Cookie Policy explains how LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "CARGOO", a company registered in Ukraine (EDRPOU: 45054344), operating under the trade name "Fleetika" (DBA) ("Fleetika", "we", "us"), uses cookies and similar technologies on our Website (https://fleetika.com/), in our Applications and in our SaaS platform. This Policy is an integral part of our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?#
Cookies are small text files saved on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit websites. They let a site "remember" your actions and preferences (for example, login, language, font size) for a period of time, so you don't have to re-enter them each time.
We use both session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) and persistent cookies (stored on the device until they expire or you delete them).
2. Which cookies do we use?#
We use the following types of cookies:
critical to the operation of the Fleetika platform. They let you sign in, use secure areas (the dispatcher/driver workspace) and balance server load. The platform cannot function without these files, so your consent is not required to use them.
help us understand how users interact with the platform by collecting and reporting anonymous information (for example, the most-visited pages and load times). We use tools such as Google Analytics.
used to remember settings you have chosen (for example, interface language, region) to personalize your experience.
used to track visitors across websites to display relevant advertising. In our B2B platform such files are used minimally, mainly on the marketing pages of the website rather than inside the working interfaces (TMS/ERP).
A detailed list of the specific cookies used on our platform is provided to the user in the settings panel (Cookie Settings) on the first visit to the site.
3. Third-party technologies#
Fleetika uses third-party integrations (for example, Google Maps and payment systems). These services may set their own cookies on your device. We do not control third-party cookies. Please review the privacy policies of the relevant services.
4. Managing cookies and opting out (Your consent)#
On your first visit to our Website you will see a banner asking for consent to use optional cookies. You can:
- Accept all cookies.
- Reject all except the strictly necessary ones.
- Customize your choice in the cookie control panel on our site.
You can also change your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) at any time to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will make it impossible to use the Fleetika SaaS platform.
5. Contact#
For questions about the use of cookies, contact us at [email protected].
